Android or iOS device with an active internet connection.
Handwritten Application Letter
An application letter outlining your preferred market coverage.
Address Verification
Physical inspection of your residential or business address.
Guarantors
At least 1 verifiable guarantor.
Refundable Security Bond
A security deposit of ₦50,000 to ₦300,000 (depending on your operating tier). Your bond earns interest while safely held and is fully refundable upon exit.

Express Interest & Submit Application
Visit your nearest MamaSave office or contact an official Zonal Supervisor in your market square. Provide a handwritten application letter expressing your interest, including your full name, phone number, and 1–3 preferred market zones or collection areas.
Field & Address Verification
An assigned Zonal Supervisor will schedule a brief visit to your home or business address to verify your location, identity, and general suitability for field cash collection.
Receive Your Market Zone Offer
After successful verification, MamaSave pre-assigns you a dedicated market zone or route to operate in.
Receive SMS Invite & Complete Digital KYC
You will receive a unique, time-limited application link via SMS. Click the link to complete digital identity verification: BVN, NIN, selfie, and next-of-kin details.
Complete Online KYC Submission
Your supervisor will clearly outline the guarantor requirements and refundable security bond details. MamaSave will confirm your dedicated market zone or route.
Provide Guarantor & Security Bond
Once you provide the guarantor requirements and deposit the refundable security bond, your application is fully approved. You undergo MamaSave training and you are ready to go.
