The Job Description
As a MamaSave Collection Agent, you serve as the direct financial link between MamaSave and local market traders, artisans, and small business owners within your assigned zone.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Visit registered traders in your dedicated market area daily to collect savings and log transactions in real time using your smartphone app.
- Register new savers, market traders, shop owners, and daily earners to open savings accounts and access financial services.
- Process multi-service requests: help clients pay utility bills, purchase airtime, request credit, and access MamaSave products directly through your terminal.
- Act as the trusted financial partner in your market, offering reliable service, issuing digital receipts, and ensuring total accountability for daily collections.
